The Lemont Police Department of Illinois invites residents to participate in a free program designed to enhance the ability of Lemont first responders to assist you in an emergency.
The Medical Alert Bracelet Program can provide the first officer or paramedic on the scene with detailed information you provide (including medical history, emergency contacts, medications taken and more) when seconds count! If you or a loved one is unconscious, incoherent or otherwise unable to provide this information, a medical alert bracelet can be a lifesaving device.
